Melbourne: With an opportunity to victory backed the Chappell - Hadlee Trophy in February, Australia cricket team will travel across the Tasman Sea to play three ODIs and two test matches against New Zealand.

On Thursday, it was announced that two teams New Zealand Cricket (NZC) and Cricket Australia (CA), who arrives to the final of the Word Cup in March, will take 21-day tour.

The ODIs arena will be Auckland (Feb 3), Wellington (6) and Hamilton (8) while the Tests will take place in Wellington (Feb 12-16) and Christ Church (Feb 20-24)

Black caps skipper Brendon McCullum says, "The series are going to be great, Chappell-Hadlee Trophy is really special for us. Australia is very versatile and has so much of talent and depth, so it won't be an easy team to knock-down.

With a commitment by two boards for stage six Chappell - Hadlee Trophy ODI series ' across the coming four years. Each series will consist of 3 matches - a total of 18 matches - with New Zealand to run four series and Australia two.

In 2009-10 Australia toured to New Zealand and tied the twenty20 International series 1-1, won ODI series 3-2, and accomplished the two all-inclusive test series.
