Forest Whitaker the famous actor and film maker who has also won the best actor Oscar with his portrayal of Amin, is now going to make Broadway Debut in Eugene O’neill’s ‘Hughie’.

The new production is going to be directed by Michael Grandage who has recently given hits like The Cripple if Inishmaan and the Tony –winning Red.

Whitaker has played many roles in different films like the Idi Amin in The Last King Of Scotland, the self-employed Samurai Ghost Dog etc. This will be another grandstanding character in his Broadway debut as Erie smith, the hustler in Eugene o’neill’s play Hughie which is expected to be release
in spring 2016.
