Hyderabad police caught a huge gang for making fake identity and credit cards, 14 people who defrauded many banks to the tune of Rs 65 lakh were arrested. The arrested of few people are working with a courier company, employees of few private banks and telecom service provider.

Jagan Mohan Reddy the main organizer of the gang and a native from the Warangal district settled in Hyderabad. On Tuesday Hyderabad police commissioner, C.V. Anand informed the reporters that the police have seized 167 credit cards from various banks, 197 PAN cards and 199 voter ID cards from the gang. More than 57 mobile phones, 155 SIM cards, 37 land phones and other equipment used to make fake cards which were also seized. To get credit cards, the gang used to make fake PAN cards, income tax returns forms and other documents or stuff.

The gang had made credit cards of HDFC Bank, State Bank of India, American Express Bank and IndusInd Bank. They made 75 credit cards of HDFC to withdraw Rs40 lakh from various places and also had defrauded SBI for Rs 23 lakh by swiping the cards.
