MNS Chief Raj Thackeray’s wife Sharmila Thackeray’s condition is stable, as she was seriously bitten by their pet dog on Tuesday.

This incident took place when one of their two pet Great Danes "Bond" bit Sharmila sharply on her face at their residence in Krushna Kunj in Dadar when the MNS Chief Raj Thackeray was addressing the media.

After dog bite, Sharmila was bleeding extensively and in the state of shock for which she was then rushed to the nearby Hinduja Hospital and had to undergo an emergency surgery, through which she got 65 stitches on her face.

The plastic surgeon Anil Tibrewala informed that Sharmila’s condition is stable and now she is under Care, as she has undergone a facial plastic surgery to conceal the bite marks in the evening.

Our sources also reported that the dog bite on her face was sharp enough that had almost touched her facial bones.

Till now the provocation is still not yet cleared for Bond who had suddenly attacked and bitten Sharmila. Since the entire Thackeray family loves the Canines and has another dog named James, who together completes the ‘James-Bond’ pair.

The entire Thackeray family is in shock and all are beside Sharmila including Raj Thackeray, Son Amit and Daughter Urvashi.
