Mumbai City FC signed Spanish defender Aitor Fernández López and also announced its final squad for the second edition of the ISL (Indian Super League) on Tuesday.

Mumbai City FC will start their campaign against FC Pune City next month on October 5.

Lopez is a Spanish professional footballer who has played for top Spanish clubs like Espanyol, and Racing de Santander.

Nicolas Anelka is a new player-manager, who replaced Peter Reid in the second edition of the ISL.
