Among the best loved films in India, 'Mr. India' and its team is going to reunion to take way back their fans in 1987. Actor Anil Kapoor seems to be very excited to meet the team of Shekhar Kapoor's 'Mr. India' at the Movie Mela held this year in MAMI Mumbai Film Festival, organized in last week of this month.

The event is set to be held on October 31, 2015 at Mehboob studio, which would be a movie carnival including movie characters, movie merchandising and movie conversations with top line celebrities from the film industry till date. The fest is associated with Star India which has organized this 'Movie Mela' a one-day celebration of cinema. The main motive of this Movie Mela is to connect the movie fans with films and their beloved actors and filmmakers.

This year Anil Kapoor and his former co-star Sridevi with Satish Kaushik and producer Booney Kapoor will travel back to 1987 and share their experiences while making of the Indian cult classic film 'Mr. India'.

"I am delighted to be a part of the Movie Mela. This unique concept of an all encompassing cinematic celebration in typically Indian style is exciting. 'Mr. India' is definitely on the most loved films in country, I can't wait for our cast reunion," said Anil Kapoor.

'Mr. India' is a special film for Anil kapoor as it had its fans connected through his character Arun Verma and its humble and warmth nature in the film.

Along with 'Mr. India' panel, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor will also have an expertise talk about his cinematic journey over four decades in the Indian Film Industry. Also among of the best directors, Rajkumar Hirani who also is a writer for many box office hit films like '3 Idiots', 'Pk', 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai', whereas Abhijat Joshi will be speaking on creation of blockbusters and creative collaborations.

This year the MAMI Mumbai Film Festival will be a feast for Indian film lovers which also include unprecedented 248 feature film submissions in 29 Languages, including Pashto and Janusari. The selection of the Indian films includes 14 world and 17 Indian premieres.
