Samsung today has introduced a new entry-level smartphone Z3 with a Tizen OS (v2.4). Samsung Z3 will offer a 5" HD display, and a relatively decent list of features at a very affordable price.
Samsung Z3 uses Spreadtrum 1.3GHz Quadcore processor, 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal memory + microSD slot that can be expanded up to 128GB. 8 MP primary camera comes with an aperture f/2.2, LED flash and a 5 MP front camera.
The screen is 5" Super AMOLED HD-resolution, the battery has a capacity of 2600 mAh and 137-gram body has an outline of 7.9 mm. The device supports 3G and has a dual SIM.
The smartphone comes in with three colors i.e. gold, silver as well as black and will have a price about â‚¹ 8,490.
"The launch of Samsung Z3 re-emphasizes India's significance as a key centre for innovation and development on the Tizen operating system, with India being the first country to globally launch the Z3," stated H.C Hong, president and CEO, Samsung India Electronics.
Z3 will be available in India by the end of this month via retail shops plus consumers can buy this smartphone online on Snapdeal.
