Shiv Sena workers on Monday morning stormed the Mumbai office of the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) to protest against the meeting with the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board).

The meeting was scheduled to discuss India-Pakistan bilateral series slated to December this year.

Sainiks charged into the BCCI Mumbai office, chanting ‘Vande Matram’ slogans against the PCB Chief Shahryar Khan.

Shahryar Khan (PCB Chief) and the head of the PCB’s executive committee Najam Sethi arrived in India on Sunday in a bid to convince the BCCI to confirm the Indo-Pak cricket series in December.

The meeting was arranged by new BCCI President Shashank Manohar.

Shahryar Khan and Najam Sethi arrived in Mumbai to discuss about the December series and are expected to meet BCCI Chief Shashank Manohar, BCCI secretary Anurag Thakur and other BCCI officials.
