The pre-planned pilot scheme by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government comes in execution when Wi-Fi's, Global Positioning System (GPS) and closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras were installed in six of the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) buses. This initiative was passed by Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai.
Rai commented, "In this buses there's a user manual stuck on the seats, which helps the passenger to know about of using the Wi-Fi services".
Each commuter can get Wi-Fi service only for 10 minutes during their travel in the bus @ speed of 1mbps. Airtel, Reliance and Bhumi Entek enjoined hands with the Delhi government for executing this project.

If this trial succeeds, the AAP government will invite more companies to enjoin hands in this project which can result in having each DTC buses running on roads with Wi-Fi.
