About a month ago footages and information of an unknown Sony smartphone surfaced on the internet, estimated as the successor to the Xperia XA. Now the new network brought new images, revealing the design of the alleged device.
The photos show a smartphone without a frame on both sides of the display but slightly left off above and below it, which is a typical style of Sony.
The visible power button is not wide, which suggests that there is no fingerprint scanner, though here we can see microUSB port is replaced with the new standard USB Type-C.
The mysterious smartphone will be available in three colors, including red, purple, and a navy blue.
Of course, it is still too early to assume that this is the successor to the Xperia XA, but we can likely see the premiere of this device next month at MWC 2017 in Barcelona.
